CHLORINATE DISINFECTION SYSTEMS


AQUAHILL WATER SYSTEMS chlorinate disinfection systems use chlorinate dossage system that has sodium hypochlorinate and calcium hypochlorinate solution dossage to kill the bacteries and viruses existing or probable in water, to raise of harmful materials such as nitrate, ammonia to nitrate by high effect of oxidization chemically, to provide cathing the metals such as iron with high corrossive effect in sand filters by oxidization. ULTRAVIOLET DISINFECTION SYSTEMS


AQUAHILL Ultraviolet disinfection systems are the most preferable and the most effective sytems that never lasts any chemical affects and smell when some circumstances provided. The disinfectant ozonide (O3) gas is formed by the weak bound formed in its isotope by the affect of O2 (oxygen) ultaviolet rays. Because of its weak bound, it forms a solution in water and air by wide and active oxidization (activity of 2.1 mV oxidation). It causes the removal of microorganisms by smashing its membrane. It can protect its form in water and air for a short time and then it turns into its first form O2. As a result of ozonide harmful toxinoes, solvents won’t be seen and ozonide gas vaporized as O2. It won’t cause any smell and side effect in water. Ozonide hasn’t got more permanent disinfection effect than its equivalents (3000 times more active than chlorinate). No side effects of ozonide on foods have been seen while its too effective on microbiological creatures. Besides it antimicrobial effect towards patogenius microorganisms (Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Candida spp. ,Listeria monocytogenes ve Escherichia coli) based on food. It can reach upto 0,003 ppm on sea level and upto 0,5 ppm on higher levels depending on warm and seson circumstances. 0,1 ppm ozonide can be seen on the air after windy air circumstances. People can feel the smell of 0,02 ppm ozonide and this rate disinfect the air %90. People can stay in the areas with 0,05 ppm continual. The threshold rate of cities is 0,12 according to EPA standarts and this may cause nasal hurt, cough, throat dry, eye become wet and local harms on cells over 6-8 hours. Asthmatic people are disturbed with less rates of ozonide. Therefore the ozonide systems to be set up in the covered area with adequate air circulation by expert persons and to be used by technical staffs.

The Usage Fields and Effects of AQUAHILL Ozonide Disinfection Systems

In Bottling and Filling Plants ve dolum tesislerinde: It is used for disinfection, washing and rinsing baths, removing of detergant, organic materials , smell, oil and dirth.

In Cooling Towers : It is used for disinfection and preventing dirth.

In Textile and Coloration : It is used for discoloration, bleaching and disinfection processes.

In Cellulose and Paper Production Plants: It is used for bleaching and disinfection of waste water processes.

In Chemistry,Mediacal Products and Medicine Industries: It is used for oxidation, disinfection, waste water, biocid, CIP processes.
