Using deionized sytems become necessary by the need of salt water with low conductivity in manufacturing and industry, sensitive processes where the water is important and corrosive and chemical side effects declined. Deionized systems enable to cost the energy on the cheap because of efficiency, quality and heat savings in the establishments.

AQUAHILL WATER SYSTEMS automatic deionized (salt water) systems, are the demineralizad units that have (H+) loaded powerful caionic resins and (OH-) ion loaded powerful anionic resins and also mixed bowed in seperate or same columns by applying the filtration technique on draining and working with ion changing method. AQUAHILL WATER SYSTEMS automatic deionized systems are devided into three groups according to their their designs and the quality of salt water they produce

a- AQUAHILL DOUBLE-BAD Deionization Systems
They are designed to supply the salt water (deionized, demineralized) needs of small, middle and big size industrial foundations. AQUAHILL DOUBLE-BAD Deionization Systems, provides the producing of 1 µs/cm-20 µs/cm sensitive salt water by receiving the anionic and cationic salt existing in the water as ion with ion changing method. They effect this process through the deionized columns that where anionic and cationic resins existing in seperate tanks. Ion changing capacity renews through the unit’s regeneration when resins fill in the system. Hydrocloric acid and sodium caustic soda are used as regenerator in regenerations. Water drains straightly in the system. They can be designed as reverse draining and reverse regeneration technique upon request.

AQUAHILL DOUBLE-BAD Deionization Systems have filter tanks and automatic control valves which are highly resistant to corrosion and pressure. Pressurized tanks are made of fiber reinforced polyethylene (FRP), kiln dried epoxy or ebonit layering steal. Automatic control valves are made of Noryl thermoplastic, HDPE, abs+VF reinforced plastic and pvc.

AQUAHILL DOUBLE-BAD Deionization Systems have electro mechanic and digital programmable controllers and equipments. Their regenerations are done full automatically without human operation. Regeneration starters can be done as manuel, volumetric controller,conductivity controller and tds controller according to the type of controller. Different types and series of valves can be coupled as block valve or seperate diagram valve either top or front mounted. Principally, regenaration and service function can be done by working as piston-diagram valve technique and diagram valve technique.
